• Floor plan to scale
• Design board with color palette, furniture, and decor items
• 24 hour access to online design platform with the project to view designs and provide feedback
• 2 rounds of revisions (if needed)
• Product shopping list with links to purchase products
• Design notes and suggestions for putting it all together

DOES NOT INCLUDE (but can be added for an additional fee):

• Selection of custom furniture and custom window treatments
• Selection of minor accessories and room styling of minor accessories

Furniture and Décor Planning (Full Service)

This service provides clients with a full design for their space which includes a layout, sourcing, and procurement of furniture and décor. This service is for clients looking for a design plan and who prefer the designer to provide management of purchasing, order tracking and coordination with trusted trades and installers, as well as on-site styling to finalize every detail.

INCLUDES:

• Site visit for initial measuring and discussion of style preferences and desired outcomes
• Floor plan to scale
• Design board with color palette, furniture and decor items
• 24 hour access to online design platform with the project to view designs and provide feedback
• 2 rounds of revisions (if needed)
• Presentation with design board and material selections
• Purchasing and vendor coordination
• Order tracking and delivery oversight
• Communication with contractors or installers
• On-site styling and finishing touches

Investment:
Billed hourly plus furnishings markup

Best for: Clients who want a complete, hands-off experience and a fully managed, turnkey experience with professional oversight and a beautifully executed result.

Aren’t sure what you need?  I would be happy to have a consultation with you.  Perhaps you have all of your furniture and items but do not love the way it looks. Perhaps you have a dated bathroom or kitchen and cannot decide on a style for a new one.  Overwhelmed by the choices of window treatments and fabric materials?  Just about anything design can be discussed during a design consultation.  

Design Consultation (up to 2 hours) – $350

A focused, one-on-one session to help you gain clarity and direction for your project. We’ll review your existing space layout, finishes, color palette, or overall design goals, and I’ll provide actionable recommendations you can implement right away.

Perfect for: Homeowners seeking professional guidance before starting a renovation, refresh, or other design services.

* Travel charges may apply over 30 mile radius of the North Middlesex County, Massachusetts area. Will consider one hour consultations if needed.

• Vetted Specifications: Every selection in your design plan, from the anchor furniture pieces down to the lighting and textiles, is meticulously calculated for scale, proportion, and color harmony within your specific architectural space.
• Trust the Layout: Even a minor deviation from the specified dimensions (such as a couch that is a few inches deeper or a rug that is smaller than recommended) can significantly disrupt traffic flow and spatial balance. Sticking to the exact retail links ensures your furniture fits and functions properly.
• Consult Before Substituting: If you discover an alternative piece independently during your purchasing phase, please share the technical specifications and dimensions with me prior to purchase. I am happy to verify if the piece mathematically and visually fits the master plan.
• Execution of Investment: The design fee covers the precise spatial mapping and curation of the pieces specified. Sourcing alternative items independently means the design plan you paid for is no longer being implemented. I cannot take responsibility for the aesthetic cohesion or functional success of unvetted pieces, and any design plan changes will forfeit the original project scope.
