It’s all about you, but here is some info about me!

I started Interiors by Karyn because I am passionate about interiors and want to help residential homeowners create functional as well as beautiful homes. I have always had a love for decorating, organizing, decluttering and beautifying my surroundings. Helping people create their dream spaces and working through their home challenges are what I love to do!

I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College and a Certificate in Information Technology from UMass Lowell and worked for several years in both the financial and high tech industries. Combining my interior design skills with my business and technical background to start a business venture seemed like a natural thing to do. Over many years I have enhanced my eye for design and developed a lot of my design skills through experimenting on my own homes and through designing for neighbors, friends, and clients.  I earned my certificate in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design which equipped me with an even stronger foundation of design principles and processes. I am a RIDQC Certified Residential Interior Designer and a member of the Designer Society of America (DSA). I am also a Certified Color Expert (CCE). My work has been featured on retail and social media sites for Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Artfully Walls and MacKenzie Childs.

I offer in home design services and color consulting to clients in North Middlesex County, Massachusetts and in Southern New Hampshire. I also work with clients throughout the United States virtually via E-Design services, providing interactive interior design advice and solutions to homeowners.

When I am not working or being a soccer mom, I am reading interior design books, design magazines and design blogs. My other hobbies are antiquing, sightseeing, taking road trips, and trying new restaurants and bakeries. I love supporting local and small business owners! I live in Pepperell, Massachusetts with my husband, son and two Savannah cats.
